This is a genuine story which isn't not exactly a film content.

An individual kills a Member of Parliament (MP) in a light close to Parliament House and a VVIP territory.
He escapes from that point and entire police division, knowledge officials had no idea about the professional killer. They attempt to look through him however couldn't go to any outcome.
Following 2 days, that criminal himself calls media houses to his home and admit before them that he had killed that Member of Parliament.
He reveals to them that he murdered that MP because of an old contention. He was glad for his activity.
After admission, he was tossed in Tihar Jail.
At some point, he again tell individuals and media that he would not stay in Tihar Jail for long yet would escape from that point soon.
Furthermore, at some point, he truly escapes from the Tihar Jail.
