First job doesn't mean earning money only. A job can be in many ways, from the day we born each day we live with a responsibility, responsibility to stand on expectation that everyone keep with us, at a stage of life we earn self-respect, moving forward in life we will face many things and may go through many up and down but at every step we earn something new experience.
