Red potatoes are a type of potatoes in which red color appears in them. The color of red potato usually differs from dark red to light pink and from creamy white to yellow. These are however found in Red River valley, areas across north dakota, minnesota, manitoba, canada, boasts, etc. These are seen in valconic erruptions too. These red potatoes are generally rich in moisture and contains less starch. Their flavor is sweet and creamy too.
