Valmiki National Park is located at the East side of India in a District of Bihar, India. One of the beauties like Valmiki National Park is situated in Champaran, Bihar. The park is famous for its wild animals and is a tiger reserve. The reserve was established in 1978. Valmiki National Park is a Governing body which is controlled by the Government of Bihar. The Valmiki National Park was owned by Bettiah Raj and later in 1978 it was sanctioned as a wildlife sanctuary. Until 1990 the Valmiki was a wildlife sanctuary and after 1990, it was declared as Valmiki National Park. Valmiki National Park is one of the tourist destinations as it is the 18th Tiger Reserve of the country. Valmiki Tiger Reserve is a combination of sanctuary and national park. According to the research, till 2018 there were 40 tigers in the reserve.

The national park originated its name from the local area where the park is situated. The national park and wildlife sanctuary is covered within a dense forest area and doesn't have any other entrance except from the entry in the Valmiki village only. The national park is covered from the Chitwan National Park which is across the border in the near country, Nepal.
The national park gives heavenly light view to the photographers because if its natural beauty which is fulfilled by the two rivers which flow within the national park i.e. Gandak and Masan Rivers.
Valmiki National Park provides a home to a variety of flora and fauna. There are different forests which consist of dry, moist, cane and tropical seasonal forest. National Park combines all the diversity of animals such as deers, bears, nilgai, wolves, tigers, cheetal, jungle cats etc. One of the main things about the national park which attracts the beauty of the park is the presence of bengal tiger.
