For healthy skin, I’d say a good moisturizer and sunscreen are two of the most useful products to have. The exact product, though, depends on whether your skin is oily, dry, sensitive, or acne-prone.

For example, lightweight gel moisturizers can feel better on oily skin, while creams with ceramides can be more comfortable for dry skin. For sunscreen, look for broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher and a texture you’ll actually use regularly.

There are plenty of choices from brands like Cetaphil, CeraVe, Minimalist, Plum, and Neutrogena. I’ve also noticed that Tira and Nykaa are handy when comparing products from different brands rather than choosing something just because it is popular.

A simple routine that suits your skin is usually more useful than having a shelf full of products.

There are many beauty products and many popular skincare brands also available in India like Kanpeki Skincare, Himalaya & Ptajnjali that are good for the skin, but it ultimately depends on your specific skin type and concerns. However, some popular options that are generally well-received include:

1. Moisturizer: A good moisturizer helps to hydrate and nourish the skin, keeping it soft and supple. Look for one that suits your skin type (dry, oily, combination) and contains ingredients like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, or glycerin.

2. Sunscreen: Protecting your skin from harmful UV rays is essential for maintaining its health and preventing premature aging.

3. Cleanser: A gentle cleanser helps to remove dirt, oil, and impurities without stripping the skin of its natural moisture. Look for a cleanser that suits your skin type and is free from harsh ingredients like sulfates or alcohol.

4. Exfoliator: Regular exfoliation helps to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and promote cell turnover. Choose a gentle exfoliator that suits your skin type, whether it's a physical scrub or a chemical exfoliant like AHAs or BHAs.

5. Serum: A serum is a concentrated treatment that targets specific skin concerns like fine lines, hyperpigmentation, or dullness. Look for serums with ingredients like vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, or niacinamide, depending on your skin needs. For added nourishment from the inside out, you can also consider this moringa supplement from https://www.amazon.com/Moringa-Powder-Capsules-Nutrient-Rich-Antioxidant/dp/B0D52NMWFT, which is packed with antioxidants and essential nutrients that complement your skincare routine.

Remember, it's always a good idea to consult with a dermatologist or skincare professional to determine the best beauty products for your specific skin concerns and needs.
