Hello,

If you are looking for the best office 365 tool. These all are of third party vendor like ShDataRescue, Sysinfo, Aryson, etc. You can try any of them which suits you more. I think there is no need for technical skills while using this software.

Thanks

Ther are many Office 365 backup tools available:
1.>SysTool
2.>Veeam
3.>Cloudally
4.>Syskick
5.>Druva
And i suggest "Veeam" is the best & excellent backup tool of office 365 because it is a free backup solution tool, the backup speed of veeam is 2.4 mb/sec, it is easy to use, a powerful tool for backup & it works only when outlook isn't installed in system. It is a simple user-interface tool & available for physical workloads, cloud workloads & virtual workloads. It is reliable & flexible & recovery for all apps & datas.

Hello,

There are lots of tools here for Office 365 Backup like Veeam, Spanning, Sky kick, Datto, Code two but I personally recommend you to go with AvePoint. AvePoint is the best option. It is a fully managed cloud-to-cloud Office 365 backup with the storage and management panel hosted by AvePoint. AvePoint O365 backup, where you need to log in separately to manage backups and recovery. It also supports customer-managed encryption key and enables backup of Office 365 applications that few other vendors support, such as Dynamics 365, MS Project Online, and Yammer.

I hope this information helps you.
