The most costly vegetable would be either fascinating vegetables imported from different nations (artichokes, asparagus lances, and so on however these are being filled in India now in little scope), or significantly costlier stuff that fills in the wild for a brief period, typically during blustery season in HP, J&K, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand and so on - mushrooms!
Guchchi (गुच्ची) mushrooms sell at upto ₹18000 per kilo in retail. Not ready to recall the names, but rather there are 3–4 assortments of wild mushrooms that fill in Jharkhand. These are reaped from wildernesses/timberlands by tribals, and sell for a couple thousands for every kilo!
