Two-time champions Chennai Super Kings which returned to the IPL after facing two years suspension has the best winning percentage in the history of IPL.
MS Dhoni, who led the Chennai-based franchise most of the time has a winning percentage of 60.68. Next to CSK, Mumbai Indians has won record 91 matches with a winning percentage of 58.28.
Thalaivaa (leader) is back in CSK's squad and MS Dhoni will be leading again CSK in the IPL and he is captaining a side for the first time since March last year. Dhoni had stepped down as Team India captain in January last year and was removed as RPS captain for IPL 2017.
Delhi Daredevils is the only team among the eight teams that has never reached to the final and has the worst winning percentage of 43.1.
