Dark chocolate is the best for stress relief. Go for 70% cocoa or higher. It has compounds that support mood and reduce stress hormones. Milk chocolate has more sugar, which gives a quick high and then a crash. A small piece is enough as overeating just cancels the benefit.

In general, dark chocolate is considered best for stress relief because it contains antioxidants and can help improve mood.

But from my personal experience, I prefer KitKat. Whenever I feel stressed, having a KitKat really helps me feel relaxed and better. So I think it depends on the person—what works best for you matters more.
