He was a literary critic who examined the literature in light of social and cultural politics. The most notable work of Said is Orientalism. He was one of the most famous literary critics of the last quarter of the 20th century. The literary critic who was born on November 1, 1935 , died on September 24, 2003, at the age of 67.
