Constituent gathering ,which was sub partitioned into the 8 significant and 13 minor boards composed our constitution. Albeit each commitee and individual of the get together assumed a significant part in the creation of constitution ,however the job of the drafting panel headed by dr Br Ambedkar was the esseence of the constitution

DRAFTING COMMITTEE : This was going by DR. BR AMBEDKAR and his seven co individuals :


  • DR. KM MUNSHI
  • N GOPALSwAMMY AYYANGAR
  • ALLADI KRISHANSWAMY AYYAR
  • SYED MOHD. SADULLAH
  • N MADHAVA RAO
  • TT KRISHNAMACHARI

This commitee made thie draft of the constitution. First draft was made in february 1948 second in october1948and third in november 1948.

At long last after the perusing of the draft 7653 amendmends were postponed in the get together in which 2473 were corrected . After a ton of battle and hardwork of the gathering on 26nov 1949 shaped the constitution of india.

Despite the fact that it was upheld on 26 january simply because of the explanation that prior in 1930 we praised purna swarj on this. So we implemented our constituton on this day.
