Sultan Raziyyat-ud-Dunya Wa ud-Din was popularly known as Razia sultana. She was the only Muslim female ruler. She reigned from 1236 to 1240. Her father name was Itutmish. Her mother name wasTurkan khatun. Her husband name was Ikhtiyaruddin Altunia.
