President of Brazil is Jair Bolsonaro. Brazil follows a Presidential system and it is a Presidential Federated Republic country composed of the Union, States, Federal District, and also the municipalities, in which the exercise of power is attributed to the distinct and independent organs that are subject to a system of balances to guarantee compliance with the Righteousness and laws of the Constitution.

Brazil's current Constitution came into power in the year 1988 and completed the democratic institutions and all the formalities. The new Constitution replaced the authoritarian legislation that remained from the military regime. The first elections were conducted in 1989 Brazil.
