Green revolution is also called as agricultural revolution. It is the process to increase the agricultural production by adopting modern techniques and tools. In this process, the usage of many tools like high yielding variety seeds, tractors, irrigation facilities, pesticides, and fertilizers has initiated. M S Swaminathan is the founder of this process.
