Why Allopathy doctors are furious over Yoga Guru Ramdev and why Baba Ramdev said -Even Their Baap Can-t Arrest Me-?

Hey friends, Ramdev is again in the news. We have noticed Yoga guru Ramdev making disparaging comments against allopathy and modern medicine. On 27th May 2021, he challenged the calls of his arrest saying "Even Their Baap Can't Arrest Me". So this was another controversial video of Baba Ramdev on social media.

Baba Ramdev is already a very famous face of social media. But his feud with doctors is the current one. According to him, no one has the capacity to arrest him, they are doing nothing but making noise. And they make trends like Mahathug Ramdev, Thug Ramdev, Giraftar Ramdev, and many more. This is how he responded to the people who wanted to arrest him.

According to the Ramdev viewpoint, lakhs of people have died due to the consumption of allopathic medicines. He also commented that allopathy has killed far more people compared to those who died for lack of treatment and oxygen. And he intentionally referred to allopathy as a stupid and bankrupt science.

The doctors from all over the country found his remarks disrespectful. So he was forced to take his words back on Twitter. Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan also sent him a letter for the same via Twitter. Ramdev has shown little interest in them. Instead, he enjoys using these issues on public platforms and TV debates.

We know that Ramdev is the one who boosted the Biggest consumer goods of India and the alternative medicine sector globally. Ramdev had to face enough criticism for expressing his views online that covid patients have died more due to modern medical treatments than coronavirus.

The Indian Medical Association of 3.5 lakh doctors has demanded justice for this matter to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They have written him a letter requesting to charge Ramdev for spreading wrong information about coronavirus vaccination and for challenging government treatment protocol.

The doctor’s top medical body has already given a defamation notice on Ramdev for making such inappropriate comments on allopathy and related practitioners. They have also demanded his apology within 15 days. If he fails to do the same, he will have to give a compensation of 1000 crore.
