Exercise makes a man healthy, weaithy and fine. As you know corona virus is increasing day by day. Exercise will increase your immunity. So, it is very important to take exercise daily, you should take light exercises daily like walking, running and some yoga exercises. Moreover breathing exercise is more important than all other exercises. Exercise also keeps you shine and fit.

Exercise also can help keep your body at a healthy weight.Most importantly, regular exercise can improve your quality of life.As a general goal, aim exercise at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.
