No, Delhi Metro usually does not run normally during Holi morning hours. For Holi 2026, DMRC announced that metro services on all lines, including the Airport Express Line, started only from 2:30 PM onward. After 2:30 PM, trains continued on their normal schedule.

So if someone plans to travel on Holi in Delhi, it is important to know that morning metro services are generally suspended because of the festival celebrations. DMRC advises passengers to plan accordingly. Honestly, this has become a common Holi arrangement in Delhi almost every year.
