Free education means getting all types of education by free of cost. It includes no fees. Basically, it is funded by governmental organisations and bodies, charities institutions. The Article 13 of International Covenant of Economic, Social and Cultural rights states the right to free education at primary level and at secondary or tertiary level, it is represented by right to education. You can get free education through passing scholarship tests and different exams.
