The World War 2 was one of the disaster event happened in the world. It had been started since 1939 to 1945. There are main two groups of countries named as Axis Power and Allied power. The Axis Power consists the nation Germany Italy and Japan whereas the Allied power had France, Great Britain, the United States, the Soviet Union. At the end of the second world war, the Axis power were defeated. The countries of Axis power surrenders.

On 8 May 1945,Germany surrendered, a week after Adolf Hitler committed suicide. This day marked the end of WW2 in Europe.But the war was being waged in other parts of the world.Japan had not surrendered with Germany and so the war went on for another few months. After the atomic bombings on Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6 and 9 ,Japan finally gave up. On 15th Aug Japan agreed to surrender and it was officially agreed the end of world war II on 2nd Sept 1945.
