How often should I practice yoga for better mobility?

For better mobility, practicing yoga 4-5 times a week works really well. Even 10-15 minutes is enough if you’re consistent. On some days you might do a quick stretch, on others a longer session. What matters most is showing up regularly. Your body slowly loosens up and starts moving more freely.
