Fresher ka resume banana ek ajeeb puzzle hai: experience maangte hain, par experience ke liye job chahiye, aur job ke liye experience! Upar se Naukri pe hazaaron log same template wala resume bhej rahe hain. Achhi khabar yeh hai ki Claude jaise AI assistant aapka resume minto mein chamka sakte hain. Bas sahi prompt dena aana chahiye.

Shuru Karne Se Pehle
Ek rough list bana lijiye: aapki degree, college, CGPA, projects, internships, certifications, skills aur hobbies. Claude jaadugar nahi hai, jo aap doge, usi ko sundar banayega. Aur haan, jhooth mat likhwaiye, interview mein pakde gaye toh kisi ki sifarish kaam nahi aayegi!

Prompt 1: Basic Resume Draft
“I am a fresher from India with a B.Tech in Computer Science, 7.8 CGPA. Here are my details: [details]. Create a one-page, ATS-friendly resume with sections for summary, education, skills, projects and certifications.”
ATS yaani woh software jo HR se pehle aapka resume padhta hai. Usse pass karna zaroori hai.

Prompt 2: Projects Ko Chamkaiye
“Rewrite my college project descriptions using strong action verbs and measurable results. Keep each point under two lines.”
“Maine website banayi” ban jaayega “Built a responsive website used by 200+ students.” Fark dikh raha hai na? (agar number sach ho!)

Prompt 3: Job Ke Hisaab Se Customize
“Here is the job description for [role]. Compare it with my resume and suggest which keywords and skills I should add or highlight.”
Har job ke liye ek hi resume bhejna waise hai jaise har shaadi mein same kurta pehen ke jaana. Thoda badlaav zaroori hai!

Prompt 4: Gap Ya Kamzori Sambhaliye
“I have a one-year gap after graduation because I was preparing for government exams. Help me present this honestly and positively in my resume.”
UPSC, SSC ya CAT ki taiyaari bahut Indian freshers ki kahani hai. Ise chhupana nahi, sahi tarike se dikhana hai.

Prompt 5: HR Ki Nazar Se Review
“Act as an HR recruiter at an Indian IT company. Review my resume strictly, point out weaknesses and give it a score out of 10.”
Dost aur family hamesha bolenge “badhiya hai beta.” Claude se seedha, honest feedback maangiye.

Bonus Tips

  • Resume ek page ka rakhiye, freshers ke liye yahi kaafi hai.

  • Claude ka output word-to-word copy mat kijiye, apni awaaz daaliye.

  • Phone number, email aur LinkedIn link sahi hai ya nahi, khud check kijiye.

  • “Hardworking” aur “team player” jaise ghise-pite shabdon se bachiye.

Yaad rakhiye, Claude aapka resume likh sakta hai, par interview aapko khud dena hai. Toh resume mein jo likha hai, uski poori taiyaari zaroor rakhiye. All the best, aapki dream job aapka intezaar kar rahi hai!
