It is an organizational structure which allows the superiors to delegate the authorities to their subordinates. Decentralisation helps in the working of the organisation by focusing more on core activities and giving authority and responsibility to the lower management for the uncore activities. This also gives the subordinate to make decisions in the organisation and there is peace and harmony in the company. With this organisational structure, the chances of business expansion increases as the top level management focus more on the main projects and works.
