Today Virat Kohli is one of the fittest players in Indian Cricket Team. This of course owes to his disciplined lifestyle, diet, and food habits. His daily routine, both on a day off and on a day of an important match is also a source of inspiration, apart from his on-pitch magnanimous performance.
Virat Kohli, is not just a sportsperson. He, in his life is playing the roles of a celebrity, son, brother, husband, brand ambassador, and a citizen; and you’ll be surprised to know how beautifully he plays all these roles.

As a sportsperson, he’s a great friend to his fellow team players often motivating them, kidding with them, and hanging out casually with them.

Among all this, what he never misses is his strict diet, and training and gym sessions. He’s very particular about his breakfast on an off day and spends a lot of time patiently on the breakfast table. His diet includes majorly proteins and no carbohydrates. Once a fan of mutton and Junk Food, this Delhi boy has changed his food habits entirely for the sake of his cricketing career.

On the no-match days, Virat Kohli spends 3-4 hours in gym training. And whenever he’s on some tour he makes sure to visit gym at least for 1 hour. The young captain knows his metabolism quite well and is aware of the amount of exercise and nutrients he needs on a daily basis.
His parents tell that he never takes packed juices whenever he comes home. If he doesn’t get fresh fruit juice, he wouldn’t take anything at all. It’s been quite long since he has taken any kind of bread, including tortillas. He drinks only mineral water and never compromise with his sleeping schedule. Salmon fish and Lamb chops are an important part of his diet.
