The first ever Olympic Games were held on the 6th to 15th April, 1896. The Games took place in Athens, Greece. 43 events were held during the Athens Olympic Games, including, track and field, cycling, swimming, gymnastics, weightlifting and many more. Throughout the years, the level of the Games has become tougher and the skill level of the athletes has become better.
