LMNT does not hand out promo codes. Asked whether it offers discounts, the company answers, "We do not offer coupons or do holiday sales," and points buyers to its INSIDER Bundle and its subscriptions, which run all year.
So a deal on LMNT means something other than a code. The offers worth checking lower the price of a stick, add free product to an order, or pay something back on a later purchase. Some come from LMNT and some from stores that stock it, and each has a condition that is easy to miss at checkout.
LMNT Subscribe & Save and the INSIDER Bundle
Both standing price cuts on LMNT come from LMNT's own store, and neither one needs a code. Subscribe & Save lowered a 30-stick box from $45 to $39 in October 2026, a $6 saving on each delivery, with boxes sent anywhere from once a month to once every 6 months. The INSIDER Bundle adds a fourth 30-stick box free when three are bought, for $135, or $117 when the bundle itself goes on subscription.
The subscription keeps its saving only while the deliveries continue, and the bundle asks for the price of 120 sticks in one order. Of the deals in this list, these two are the only ones that lower the price LMNT itself charges.
LMNT partner free-gift links
This deal puts free product in the box and leaves the price as it is. LMNT runs a partner landing page that adds a free Sample Pack with 8 flavors to any drink mix or Sparkling purchase, with no code to type in. The pack gives a buyer several flavors to try before settling on a full box of one. It comes only with orders that reach LMNT's store through that partner page.
The Feed
The Feed's LMNT discount page advertised 20% back in Feed Cash on all LMNT products in October 2026, up to $100 per order, and a button at checkout applies it without a code. Feed Cash is store credit toward a later order, so the LMNT in this one still costs its listed price.
A subscription through thefeed.com costs 5% less on the first LMNT delivery and 15% less on each one after it, and the order can repeat monthly or every 2 or 3 months.
LMNT is also on The Feed's promotion-exclusion list, so the 40% first-order welcome offer and sitewide sales should not be counted on for LMNT.
LMNT Salty Status referrals
Salty Status is LMNT's referral program, and it pays a customer one free 30-stick box, in a flavor of their choice, for each new LMNT customer they bring in. A customer gets a personal referral link after a second purchase from LMNT's store. The box is earned when someone makes a first LMNT purchase through that link, and the new customer gets a free drink mix Sample Pack with that order. The reward appears in the referring customer's LMNT account, usually within 24 hours. Its value depends on how many people buy through the link, and nothing is earned before that second order from LMNT has gone through.
Thrive Market member pricing
Thrive Market is a membership grocery store, and its members paid $39.99 for a 30-stick LMNT box at time of checking. That is about $5 under LMNT's one-time price and 99 cents above its subscription price. It works out to about $1.33 a stick, with no repeat deliveries to sign up for. Grocery orders over $49 ship free, and smaller orders pay $5.95.
Membership costs $59.95 a year or $12 a month. Thrive guarantees that members make back the annual fee in savings each year, or it pays the difference in Thrive Cash at renewal. The LMNT price is available only to members.
Target Circle Card
Target sells LMNT in 10-stick boxes for $14.99, or $1.50 a stick, and the Target Circle Card takes 5% off a Target purchase at checkout, which brings that box to about $14.24. The discount stacks with Target Circle deals, and the card has no annual fee. Paying with the card also qualifies an order for free shipping, though Target says a minimum purchase may apply. The 5% needs the card itself, which is a Target credit card.
What coupon sites show for LMNT
Coupon sites still list LMNT codes. In October 2026 GrabOn headlined its LMNT page "35% OFF," and SimplyCodes titled its page "10% Off." Neither figure matches an offer LMNT runs, and some of GrabOn's "Verified" listings were plain prices, such as LMNT at $45. Browser extensions that search for codes at checkout have their own problems, and the popular extension Honey has been accused of hiding better discounts in favor of codes from partner stores.
Savings now or on the next LMNT order
LMNT's subscription and bundle prices, Thrive's member price and the 5% from a Target Circle Card all lower the bill on the order being placed. Those are the deals to compare when the aim is to spend less on this purchase. Two of them carry a cost of their own, since Thrive needs a paid membership and the Circle Card is a credit account. LMNT's subscription and bundle cost nothing extra to use, which makes them the simplest of the four to compare on price alone.
The others pay out later or in product. Feed Cash is credit toward a future order at The Feed, and a Salty Status box arrives only after someone else buys through the link. The partner Sample Pack adds flavors to an order without changing what it costs. These three add value for someone who keeps buying LMNT, while the total at checkout stays where it was.
