How can we learn English in just one month?

Learning English Is a Continuous Process. You want to learn English quickly, first of all, you focus on ENGLISH GRAMMAR RULES. ex.yesterday, I go to ……? (wait it happened yesterday, so I need to use past tense or what tense) what kind of thing teach me, teacher? ( just I am Thinking a long time) it's not correct to Do you see the problem here?

Here’s the problem: studying makes you “think” about grammar rules when speaking English Or learn English. (For example, you have to decide what tense to use.)

Unfortunately, when you’re talking to someone, you don’t have time to think about grammar. If someone asks you a question, you have to respond immediately.

The Bottom line is: studying English may improve your writing, but it won’t help you speak English better. If you want to speak English well, you need better learning methods. And also Learning English is a continuous process you learn English quickly but the perfection it's far away from you.

Two types of knowledge — (1) explicit knowledge and (2) implicit knowledge.

Explicit learning results in explicit knowledge whereas implicit learning results in implicit knowledge.

And there’s a very big difference between these two knowledge types.

Using explicit knowledge requires conscious thought. You have to think about the knowledge in order to use it.

This means that if you want to speak English properly, you have to “think” about the grammar rules.

Of course, that’s impossible because when you speak, there’s no time to think about any of that.

In contrast, using implicit knowledge does not require conscious thought. You don’t have to think about the knowledge in order to use it.

Think about how you speak your first language. It’s easy and effortless, isn’t it? You can speak properly without thinking about grammar rules.

How is that possible?

It’s possible because the knowledge of your native language is implicit knowledge.

When you don’t have to think about grammar, it frees up your mind so you can focus on expressing your thoughts and ideas.

Unfortunately, many English students like to learn English speaking explicitly. They spend a lot of time learning various rules of English, thinking it will make them speak better.

What they don’t realize is that the knowledge they gain from studying is explicit knowledge, which is useless for speaking English!
