Movies Marvel Studios is Releasing in 2019

Take it from me, this year is going to be marvelously Marvelesque, both for Marvel fans and for Marvel Studios.
MCU is set to bid adieu to its phase 3, and how! All the much-anticipated movies are scheduled to hit the theatres prior to the end of this phase and we are all set to experience it. Not only this, even the first movie of phase 4 has been announced, much to everyone’s excitement.

The first Marvel movie of this year is about to release on March 8, 2019, and it will set the stage for the farewell, not only of phase 3 but of major MCU actors including everyone’s favorite Robert Downey Jr.
1. Captain Marvel

The year is set to start with the entry of a new Marvel superhero, who is also the first woman Marvel superhero. Captain Marvel is being awaited since last year, and the hype created for this upcoming Marvel movie can’t be blamed.
8th March is already booked for all of us!

Needless to tell how curious we all are for this one! Scheduled for April 2019, this Avengers movie is going to be the last for many of our favorite superheroes like Captain America and Iron Man, and the last glimpse of all of them together is going to be worth every while.
Also, it is high time now that all the theories about Iron Man-Captain America friendship, about the sudden entry of Antman, and about the demise of Thanos get settled for good.

3. Dark Phoenix

Scheduled for 7th June 2019, this is an addition to the X-Men franchise, after X-Men: Apocalypse. This is going to be the first solo movie of Jean Grey, who made her debut in the series two years ago. Undoubtedly, we are hoping that it will be able to wipe off the memories of 2003 X-Men: The Last Stand from our minds, and give us some good ones to cherish until the next movie.

This Spidey movie will mark the official transition from phase 3 to phase 4. Releasing on the 5th of July, the story of this sequel of Spiderman: Homecoming is already predicted by the fans, but Jake Gyllenhaal will be playing the villain and that’s more than enough.
5. The New Mutants

It will, technically be the 13th movie in X-Men series, and will feature no previously seen face. So why are we waiting for this movie? For the Game of Throne’s Maisie Williams and Stranger Things’ Charlie Heaton. The movie will be directed by Josh Boone.
So these are the upcoming Marvel movies of 2019, which will keep you high on superhero entertainment all throughout the year. Apart from these, we can see another movie from the franchise Men in Black starring Chris Hemsworth.

Marvel will rule the small screen to with the series like Cloak & Dagger Season 2, Agents of Shield, Jessica Jones, and Legions. Not only this, Disney’s online stream service is rumored to be coming with a lot of Marvel entertainment and Chris Evans as one of the advisors there. As we will enter in 2020, we will be graced with a Marvel movie solely dedicated to the Black Widow.
