Never think that your curdled milk is bad or is wastage as you can always make use of it. The most oldest and common way to use your curdle milk is to make cottage cheese or paneer. It is simple and interesting activity. Boil the milk again. Take a cheese cloth or any soft cloth and pour it and let the water drain out. Then tightly wrap the mixture and hang the cloth or put some weight on the cloth.

Wait for a couple of hours, the excess water is removed and the rest becomes cottage cheese or paneer. Use it to make any delicious recipes. You can also make kalakand or milk cake at home with sour milk. If you are wondering how to make it, here is the recipe. Start with draining the curdled mixture, and the boil it with fresh milk. Add sugar and keep cooking until the result becomes dry and thick. Then nicely put it across a tray and sprinkle your favorite dry fruits. Let it dry for a while. Once it gets dry, cut it into evenly pieces. You can even add some saffron over it for the attractive colour.

Now don’t waste the curdled milk again, use it for some fascinating purposes like above.
