Why Bill Gates and Melinda file for Divorce after 27 years of Marriage?

These two individuals do not need any kind of introduction. They are world-famous personalities. But just for the sake, let me put it simply by saying that Bill Gates is one of the world’s wealthiest individuals. Bill Gates and Melinda Gates have been married for 27 long years. They are not only better halves but also co-founders of one of the largest private charitable foundations. But to everyone’s shock, Bill Gates himself tweets on 27th April stating their divorce decision. The divorce petition that now they don't have minor children which means they do not have kids under 18. They have in total 3 children. The petition comes after their youngest offspring recently turned 18.

There is no clear reason that has come out as the reason for the divorce after 27 years. But as stated in Bill Gates' tweet – they both need space and privacy as they begin to navigate this new life After a lot of discussions and a lot of work on their relationship, both of them come up with the same decision to end the marriage. They have raised three incredible children. Besides being a couple, they are also co-founders of the foundation that works all over the world to enable all people to lead healthy and productive lives. They will remain as co-workers and will continue their work at the foundation but will no longer stay together for the next phase of their respective lives.

Now it will be interesting to see how they divide the properties and share everything though it will not be publically done and to see them working together after their divorce.
