The Fundamental Rights are written in the Constitution of India. There are a total of 6 Fundamental Rights, they are:
- Right to equality
- Right to freedom
- Right against exploitation
- Right to freedom of religion
- Cultural and educational rights
- Right to constitutional remedies
The Fundamental Rights were drafted by the year 1949 and added to the constitution. The Rights were drafted and added by the Indira Gandhi government.
