Spring Rolls is an Indo-Chinese Food which is liked by both children and the elderly. Preparing veg spring rolls is not too difficult.
Ingredients:-
Semolina, cabbage (finely chopped), onion (finely chopped), cheese (mashed), green chillies (finely chopped), ginger (grated), soya sauce (1 teaspoon), red chilli powder (1 small Spoon), black pepper powder (1 teaspoon), azimomoto (1 teaspoon), oil (for frying), salt (according to taste)
Method :-
• First, filter the flour in a vessel, and knead it in a nice and soft dough. Cover it for a while.
• Now prepare the filling to stuff the spring roll:
First heat the oil.
After the oil becomes hot, add chopped onions, green chilies and ginger in it.
Now add the cabbage in it well, when the cabbage is cooked lightly, add the Azinoomoto, salt and red chilli in it.
When the vegetable is cooked properly, then add paneer in it and mix it properly.
• Now take semolina, and add some oil to the nonstick pan, and let it warm.
• As soon as the oil becomes hot, make a thin bread of the dough and spread it on the pan.
• Make it as thin as you can, and when it gets cooked, after that, stuff it with the filing prepared previously.
• Now roll the dough and deep try it in the oil.
Enjoy your spring rolls with sauce or chutney.
