Finger Millet is also known as Eleusine coracana. Let’s first discuss how the paratha of Finger Millet is prepared.

Ingredients (For the flour):
Finger Millet flour, Ghee, Salt.
Ingredients (For filling):
Cottage cheese (Paneer), Pomegranate seeds, and finely chopped coriander leaves.
How to make:
• Make a dough of Finger Millet flour, ghee, and salt.
• Mash the cottage cheese and add other ingredients in it.
• Divide the dough into small parts, making round and hollowed shape of them, and stuff the filling of cottage cheese in them.
• Spread it, like a chapatti.
• Roast it on the hot pan, and serve it with curd.
How is it different from normal paratha:
• A normal paratha is made up of wheat flour while finger millet paratha is made up of finger millet flour.
• Both parathas taste very differently.
• Normal paratha is easy to prepare, while the paratha of finger millet, along with its stuffing is hard to prepare.
