Everything that has cheese is children’s delight (and adults’ too). Here is one such thing –cheese corn balls. Here’s how I make it.
Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes: 3-4
- Boiled corns: 1 cup
- Cottage cheese (grated): 50 grams
- Corn flour: 2 tablespoons
- Green chili (chopped): 3-4
- Green coriander leaves (chopped): 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder: 1/22 tablespoon
- Cheese cubes: 5-6
- Chat Masala: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: According to taste
- Edible oil: Enough for deep frying
- Bread crumbs
How to make Cheese Corn Balls:
- Mash the boiled potatoes in a container.
- Mix corn and cottage cheese with the mashed potatoes.
- Add corn flour in the mixture.
- Now add green chili, green coriander leaves, salt, and black pepper powder.
- Heat oil on a low flame.
- Take some mixture and put cheese cubes and a pinch of chaat masala in it.
- Make a small ball of the mixture.
- Roll the balls in the bread crumbs and deep fry in the oil.
- Take the balls out when they turn golden brown.
- Serve with ketchup.
