How to make Cheese Corn Balls?

Everything that has cheese is children’s delight (and adults’ too). Here is one such thing –cheese corn balls. Here’s how I make it.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes: 3-4
  • Boiled corns: 1 cup
  • Cottage cheese (grated): 50 grams
  • Corn flour: 2 tablespoons
  • Green chili (chopped): 3-4
  • Green coriander leaves (chopped): 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder: 1/22 tablespoon
  • Cheese cubes: 5-6
  • Chat Masala: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: According to taste
  • Edible oil: Enough for deep frying
  • Bread crumbs

How to make Cheese Corn Balls: 

  • Mash the boiled potatoes in a container.
  • Mix corn and cottage cheese with the mashed potatoes.
  • Add corn flour in the mixture.
  • Now add green chili, green coriander leaves, salt, and black pepper powder.
  • Heat oil on a low flame.
  • Take some mixture and put cheese cubes and a pinch of chaat masala in it.
  • Make a small ball of the mixture.
  • Roll the balls in the bread crumbs and deep fry in the oil.
  • Take the balls out when they turn golden brown.
  • Serve with ketchup.
