How to make chocolate banana ice-cream from scratch at home ?

• 4-5 frozen banana

• 2 table spoons of castor sugar

• 1 table spoon of Cocoa powder

• chocolate syrup

• 1 cup milk

• Dry fruits ( Almond, cashews, rains etc) 

• Milk chocolate


1.Take 4-5 frozen bananas and mash it with the help of a fork.

2.Now add 2 tbsp of castor sugar, 1 tbsp of Cocoa powder and 2-3 spoons of chocolate syrup into the mashed bananas.

3. Add 1 cup of milk in the mixture and stir it really well.

4. Put the mixture in a blender and give it a good whisk so that it turns into a silky smooth paste.

5. Now take a food grade plastic container and add the chocolate banana mixture into it. Make sure that the mixture is even and should not contain any lumps.

6. Garnish it with your favourite milk chocolate by cutting it into small pieces and add dry fruits according to your preference.

7. Put the ice-cream in the freezer for at least 6-7 hours, let it set nicely.

8. Once the ice-cream gets set, serve it nice and cold, you can also add chocolate syrup on the top for a better presentation and extra chocolatey taste.
