How to prepare Ayurvedic tea which increases our immunity?

Some people fall ill way too often, and due to this, their body becomes way too weak.

If you start having Ayurvedic tea, instead of the regular tea, it will help your body in gaining strength and immunity.

To prepare the Ayurvedic tea, you will need the following ingredients:
• Dried basil leaves: 500 grams
• Cinnamon: 50 grams
• Bay leaf: 100 grams
• Brahmi Buti: 100 grams
• Violets: 25 grams
• Fennel: 250 grams
• Green cardamom: 150 grams
• Red Sandalwood: 250 grams
• Black Pepper: 25 grams
After you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the method given below:
• Crush all the ingredients one by one.
• Now mix all the spices and keep aside.
• Boil 2 cups of water in a pan.
• When the water starts boiling, turn the gas stove off and pour the water in a cup.
• Now mix 1 tablespoon of the spice mixture prepared before in the water.
• Cover the tea and let it cool for some time.
• After it has cooled down, you can have it.
Please note that milk is not required for the Ayurvedic tea. If you take sweet tea, then you can add some sugar in the water while boiling it.
