Both peas and mushroom are seasonal vegetables and can be prepared in many different ways. Here is one way of preparing it:

Ingredients:
• Mushrooms (chopped): 150 grams
• Peas: 1 cup
• Onion (finely chopped): 1
• Tomatoes (finely chopped): 1
• Edible oil: 4 tablespoons
• Cumin: ½ teaspoon
• Ginger (grated): ½ inch piece
• Garlic (chopped): 6-8 pieces
• Green chili (finely chopped): 1
• Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
• Cumin powder: ½ tablespoon
• Kashmiri red chili powder: ½ tablespoon
• Turmeric: ½ tablespoon
• Garam masala: ½ tablespoon
• Salt: According to taste
• Grounded fenugreek: ½ tablespoon
• Tomato ketchup: 2 tablespoons
• Coriander leaves (chopped): ½ cup
Method:
• Heat the oil in a pan and fry cumin, garlic, ginger, and green chili in it.
• Add onion in it and fry until brown. Add tomatoes and salt, and cook it.
• After the tomatoes have been cooked, add all the spices and mix well. Add tomato ketchup in the end and stir properly.
• Add peas and ½ cup of water.
• Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
• Hot serve after garnishing with coriander leaves.
