Gluten-free pasta is different from regular pasta in terms of ingredients, texture, nutritional profile, and who it is intended for. In practical terms, cooking gluten-free pasta often requires a little more attention. It may cook faster than traditional pasta and can lose its texture if left in boiling water too long.
