Is the online medicine order app safe?

It is seen that medicines are prescribed or supplied only on the basis of any prescription of doctors. When we go through medical shops or any pharmacy, we generally show our prescription on the basis of which they provide us medicine. But at the same time, though online mode we are not able to upload our prescription. We usually order medicines by name not by it's need. So, online order of medicine or online medicine app is not safe.
