Like most of them, even I believe that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It should be healthy enough to keep you energetic all day. What I do is, I make sure that my breakfast is packed with proteins. I do not like western breakfasts, I prefer Indian breakfasts only. Some of the best ones I recommend you are:

    Letsdiskuss (image-timesofindia)

Poha: This is nothing but flattened rice which is a healthy breakfast. It is cooked with onions and basic Indian tempering. It is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients.
Besan cheela: This is another quick Indian recipe that you can prepare and enjoy. All you have to do is make a batter with besan or gram flour by adding some Indian spices. Use the batter as a pancake or dosa on a pan, and you are done.
Upma: This is one of the best breakfast options from South Indian that I like the most. It is made with semolina which is good for the body. It also helps in maintaining weight.
Some other Indian breakfasts that you can enjoy are methi thepla, dosa, idli, dhokla, and appam. I and my family relish them everyday.
