Hello, If I want to tell you my breakfast routine then you will stay healthy always.
1.Drink green tea in the morning.
2.After 1 hour eat fruits, drink juice(not a preservative one).
3.Eat dry channa.

Like most of them, even I believe that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It should be healthy enough to keep you energetic all day.
