The impact of Covid-19 on child education is comprehensive. Due to the closure of schools, colleges, especially schools the education of children has come to a halt, although online classes continue. But, studies are not done so well in online classes. The place of study is school. Therefore, sitting in front of the teacher in school, children can study as well, the better studies can not be done through a computer or smartphone sitting far away. Along with education, the Covid 19 has also impacted the mentality of the children.

The Covid-19 impact was seen in all fields be it Job market, entertainment ,business or education. Children were suddenly confined to their homes and this led to anxiety and mental issues in them. Educated parents were able to support their children in the online studies but there were some illiterate parents who were left helpless as they could not support their children in their education. The internet connection failure also was a major hurdle in the online classroom.

Closing down of schools due to Covid 19 opened the door for online education and the parents were finding it difficult to the new way of teaching where the whole responsibility fell on their shoulders. There were many students who didn’t own the gadgets needed to attend the online classes. The online studies completely depended on the internet connections and the teachers and the children were equally facing the breakdown of connection during the class hours.
