So, having a light meal i.e., cereal with milk is a great combination with health benefits as well.
There are several different types of cereals available in the market. Choosing one amount of several kinds of cereal might be a tough decision.
Here is the list of my favourite cereal that I usually eat as breakfast.
1. Oatmeal
Eating oats can help people with high blood pressure. A bowl of oatmeal can help reduce blood pressure.
Oats are great for the skin. If you give a close look at some of the skincare products package, you will notice that they use oatmeal in the product. Consuming oatmeal is excellent for dry, itchy, and irritated skin.
2. Corn Flakes
Corn Flakes are low-fat food, which is why it keeps your stomach full and decreases the intake of unnecessary, unhealthy food. Corn flakes are ideal because it has less cholesterol.
Protein is an essential nutrient for your body. Adding milk to the bowl of corn flakes makes it rich in protein. And you can also add honey and almonds to give additional nutrients to your bowl of corn flakes.
3. Muesli
As muesli has oats, which makes it rich in fibre. Foods that contain fibre helps in lowering the cholesterol level and help in maintaining the digestive system. Adding fruits to the bowl of muesli enhance the flavour and nutrients.
One of the best benefits of muesli is that it is loaded with protein, which improves ***** health. And muesli is also rich in iron, and iron-rich food ensures the proper flow of oxygen to the brain.
