Good habits is one of the thing which we have to adapt but because of look like a good human being we do such kind of things which we should be avoid so here are some of them are as follows:

 

  • Mindless use of social media.
  • Failing to master your sleep.
  • Eating unhealthy junks as food.
  • Be too tired for them.
  • 'Grey rock' them.

 

These are some habits you have to change.

When we take on too much, especially if we're new to it, the result of all that activity is what we might call "burnout". Burnout is a state where people feel mentally and emotionally drained because of all that work. They also most likely aren't as productive and may even be sick more often. Unfortunately, there's no easy fix for this other than taking a break from everything to give yourself some time to rest. Some of those habits are-

 

1- Making a concerted effort to please others.

2- Being too critical of oneself

3- Holding anger and resentment for a long time.

4- Overthinking and worrying

5- Use of social media without thought.

My energy is drained out meaning means that when I lose all my energy and become very tired. Human beings are the product of everyday habits, either good or bad. If we know what is good and bad for us , then we can choose whether or not we want to improve yourself and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

 

  1. Lack of proper sleep :- When our body don't get enough sleep , then we feel weaker as we have only half of our energy. Our productivity is affected by this, and if we try to catch up by working overtime, we leave ourselves with less time to sleep, and the cycle continues.

  2. Lack of drinking water:- Dehydration negatively affects our brain function. It is very important to drink enough water to replace any water loss our body has due to urination, certain medications, sweat, or drinking soda.

    Dehydration leads to an electrolyte imbalance which can cause further energy loss. Even if we are only slightly dehydrated, it becomes more difficult to concentrate.

  3. Past influence:- The past is what it is, there is not utility to holding grudges or being angry. The only person impacting by holding on to the past is us.

  4. Tension:- Worrying or thinking does not solve any problem. If something is out of our hands, then it is out of our hands and there is no point in worrying about it.

  5. Poor diet:- Eating too much sugar, carbohydrates and trans fat we are just giving all energy away to snacks and meals. Be thoughtful about what we eat, eat food that gives us energy, like greens, lean protein and healthy fats, not food that takes it away.
