Can eating chocolate bars really help reduce stress?

A little, yes but don’t expect magic. Chocolate can boost mood briefly because it triggers dopamine and feels comforting. Dark chocolate works better than sugary bars. But the stress relief is short-term. Too much sugar can actually worsen mood later. Think of chocolate as a small comfort, not a stress solution.
