Supreme Court is the apex court in Indian Judicial system, its decisions and verdicts are final and all the courts are bound to accept it.

Recently Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused Congress of scaring Supreme Court judges with the threat of Impeachment on the hearing of Ayodhya Case in order to delay the hearing of this case after the 2019 Lok Sabha election. In April this year, seven Opposition parties led by Congress issued a notice for impeachment against the then Chief Justice of India with the accusation of misuse of authority. According to this act, Congress shows no faith in democracy and judiciary decision of the Supreme Court.

In case of BJP government formation in Karnataka also its seen the Congress is ruling on Supreme Court as Congress and Janata Dal (Secular) party representatives made a late night visit to the Supreme Court at about 2 a.m., to file petition against the decision of the Karnataka Governor to invite the BJP to form government in the state, as Karnataka fails to have a clear win an election. On the basis of this petition the Supreme Court of India has asked BJP to prove its majority in the legislature, this shows Congress dominance on Supreme Court.
