Yes it was happen to me when i was new in delhi.
I got call from consultancy that i am select for the post of CCE at Rajouri garden
i have paid Rs-1000 for it but after the joining letter when i reached to office their was no company and next day when i reached back to consultancy they told me you have to pay -1000 more for next time.
