Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (such as almond or soy milk)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar. Stir and let sit for a minute or two until it curdles.
  4. Add the granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the milk mixture. Whisk until well combined.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  6. Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each liner about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring the cupcakes to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • 3/4 Cuppowder sugar
  • 1tbsp Baking powder
  • 1tbsp Baking soda
  • 1/3cup Vegetable oil
  • 1cup warm water
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1tbspVanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Soy milk(non dairy milk)
  • 1 tbsp Apple cidar vinegar

Recipe:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. First, stir the non-dairy milk with apple cider vinegar and creating vegan buttermilk and let sit for a minute.
  3. Then combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda,salt and whisk them
  4. Add the powder sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the milk mixture.
  5. Mix together these powdered ingredients in a big mixing bowl..
  6. Combine all the ingredients with a whisker, or electric beater to create fluffy, moist cupcakes and avoid lumps.
  7. Bake for 20-30 min in oven.
  8. Check the vegan cupcakes.Cupcakes are ready when a toothpick inserted in the center of one cupcake comes out clean,let them cool.
