Drones are the new wave technology in all the industries. From photography to spying from logistic to defence drones are everywhere and in every country. One should have special training and skill to operate drones. That too in military they need extra training and capability to become drone pilot.
Operating UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is not that easy as people thinking. It is not like sitting in a place and playing a video game. Military drone pilots must be capable of launching and landing the drones from a remote place. And they should prepare the drone for recovering after landing.
Drone pilots are also trained to interpret the images and videos they received from the drones. They should serve as eyes to those who are in ground and in the field. So definitely they should be intelligent and have thinking and reasoning knowledge.
Indian Air force is not directly recruiting drone pilots. To become drone pilot you must be in air force. Those who are already in air force get training in operating UAVs. If you are interested in operating drones, express your interest and get training and become drone operator.
