To fix the connection issues, you can use imap or pop3 setting as below

1. IMAP
Host Server IP
User Name XXXXXX
Password XXXXXX
Incoming Mail Settings Port number 993 with SSL enabled
Port number 143 without SSL
Outgoing Mail Settings SSL/TLS, then use 465/587
Without SSL 25
2. POP3
Host Server IP
User Name XXXXXX
Password XXXXXX
Incoming Mail Settings POP Port 995

Outgoing Mail Settings SSL/TLS, then use 465/587
Without SSL 25
