Land on the NSDL website and fill in the application form – you will need to select Form 49A from the drop-down menu.
Choose ‘Firm’ from the application type and provide details such as the name of the company, incorporation date and others.
Fill in the registration number of the company as well as income details, along with the communication address.
You will then need to fill in the Assessing Officer (AO) Code – available on the AO Code search for PAN page on the NSDL website.
Upload the copies of the required documents and pay the required fees.
Once done, an acknowledgement number will be provided to help you track the status of your PAN application.
