A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) and a company are different in structure and rules. An LLP has fewer legal compliances, flexible management, and no minimum capital requirement. A company has more regulations, strict compliance, and defined ownership through shares. Both have limited liability, but LLPs are easier and cheaper to run, while companies are better for large businesses and raising funds.
